Elham is a Life and Leadership Coach based in London. Elham was born and brought up in Iran before moving to the UK in 2002. Her latest academic career has seen Elham attending University of Strathclyde where she received her PhD in the field of Biomedical Sciences which built on her first degree in Microbiology and her Masters degree in Industrial Biotechnology from Liverpool John Moores University.
On completion of her doctoral qualification, Elham successfully began her career at the prestigious Imperial College in London prior to developing her own business plan. A plan which ultimately involved a change of direction from science to business.
Elham knew she wanted her career to change direction and after seeking advice from a life coach, she joined a coaching group for further support and found the impact of both to be life changing. It was here Elham discovered her passion for coaching and decided this was the career she wanted to pursue.
Today, as a certified life and leadership coach, Elham supports people to overcome their challenges to develop a true sense of their own self. Sharing her expertise and experiences, she assists her clients to thrive and live the life of their dreams.
With the global health pandemic of 2020, and the subsequent lockdown Elham had to cancel all her travel plans to overseas conferences and workshops. It was during this time that she conceived of her idea for Women in Business Online (WIBO). She partnered with her close friend and fellow business woman Shiva Kojaki and together they built Women In Business Online.
Today as WIBO grows, it offers women a strong platform from which they can expand their business and acquire active support from their peers. Elham is proud of what WIBO stands for and what it seeks to achieve. On a personal level, creating WIBO has given her life career a deeper meaning, fulfilling top values such as building strong relationships, promoting education and personal development.

In June 2020, Shiva’s close friend Elham shared her initial ideas about creating an online marketing referral business for women. Elham and Shiva discussed their vision and passion to create a virtual platform to empower and support women in business and their ideas took a life of their own and flowed beautifully into action.
Shiva is proud of what they have established and looks forward to the continued growth of WIBO to serve and celebrate women in business.
